Due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow returns on food.'
No returns on monogrammed or personalized merchandise.'
Delivery
We aim to process goods (In stock) to you within 24hrs. We cannot give an
exact delivery time. This is subject to you placing the order before 4:00PM
Eastern Time (GMT-5:00) Monday to Friday. We are closed on US Holidays. If
you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible.
All weights and measurements are US Standards unless otherwise specified.

You may return an item purchased from us. We accept returns as long as the
following conditions are met:
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 5 business days beginning with the
delivery date, accompanied by the delivery receipt. All refunds require that
the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in
original condition. Opened packages may not be returned. Refunds will be
applied to the credit card or method that was used to purchase the item
minus 20%. All returned items must be sent back using a shipping service
with a tracking method. Buyers responsible for all postage and insurance
costs.
Refunds
When is my refund processed? If you choose to return your item to our store,
you will receive your store credit after all items have been received and
checked. Returned goods are subject to a restocking fee of 20%, this is to
recover our credit card charges, labor, etc.. Postage costs will not be
refundable.

Packing and sending your return, How do I send back my return?
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do
the following when packing and sending your product: Send the product in its
original packaging. Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged
during the return shipping process. Include a copy of the delivery note. If
for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address,
phone number, order number.
You must return the goods to us at your cost. We advise you the goods are
insured during any return journey that you organise.
Returning a damaged/defective item, I received an item that doesn't work,
how do I return it?
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for service and warranty.
What happens if we receive an item back because it is undeliverable?
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the
couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will
attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date.
Unfortunately, we will recharge you the shipping fees, since we are charged
for returned parcels.
