We ship via UPS Ground or USPS. All gourmet gifts are shipped within the continental USA. Purchases are shipped within 48 hours. Call customer care at 914-944-0734 for rates for Alaska and Hawaii. Fruit can not be shipped to California due to this state’s law.
Gifts are carefully packed to insure that they arrive in pristine condition. If for some reason a gift has been mishandled in transit, we ask the recipient to contact our customer service department at 914-944-0734 immediately.
UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground do not deliver on Saturdays except for an additional fee. Please call customer care if you require a Saturday delivery.
Deliveries are not available on major holidays.

Gifts may be delivered by currier in Westchester County NY.

Shipping perishable or heat sensitive products:
If certain items are sensitive to transit time or heat we will take this into account when packing your order and select a less sensitive item of equal or greater value and quality.
This applies primarily to chocolates and cheese when temperatures are above 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
