Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese
1 Jar Earth & Vine Spicy Apple Garlic Jam
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, crushed or finely chopped
1 box whole grain crackers or a sliced sourdough baguette
Directions:
Whisk or blend together cream cheese, E&V Spicy Apple Garlic Jam, onion and dill until well mixed. With your hands, form a ball and roll in walnuts until thoroughly coated. Plate and serve with crackers or baguette slices.
