1 bottle Blackberry Patch Blueberry Syrup
1 tbsp bourbon
Handful of blueberries
Simmer bourbon, blueberries, and Blackberry Patch Blueberry Syrup in a small saucepan. Let it cook for 20 minutes. Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill flesh side down for 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and grill until just cooked through. Top with Blueberry Bourbon sauce and enjoy!
