So buttery, garlicky and loaded with parmesan cheese goodness!
8 ears of Corn, unhusked
8 tbsp. unsalted Butter at room temperature
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Combine all ingredients, except corn, in a small bowl. Set aside. Pull back the husks on each ear of corn and remove as much of the silk as possible. Cover the corn with the husk. Cook on grill for 10 minutes. Turn often. Remove from grill. Take off husks and spread the butter mixture on corn cobs. Serve immediately.
