Thick cut, bone in pork chops
12 oz Spicy Apricot Bourbon Barbecue Sauce
Fresh apricots, cut in half and pits removed
Salt and pepper
Preheat and oil grill. Season pork chops with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Grill chops, about 10 to 13 minutes per side, slather pork chops with Spicy Apricot Bourbon Barbecue Sauce the last few minutes of grilling. Brush apricot halves with olive oil and grill cut side down. Place chops and grilled apricots on large platter and drizzle with extra Spicy Apricot Bourbon Barbecue Sauce, serve hot.
