What are shipping costs?
Edible gifts are delivered free of charge in continental USA. My Favorite Things and Baby Gifts have shipping charges of $15 in continental USA.
Is Hand Delivery Available in Westchester County and New York City?
Yes, Hand Delivery is available in Westchester County for all items on the site. The charge is $12 in Briarcliff Manor and Ossining , $25 in Northern Westchester County and $40 in Southern Westchester County. For rates for delivery to New York City please contact customer service associates at 914 944 0734. Hand Delivery needs to be arranged at least 24 hours before the requested delivery date.
When will hand delivery arrive?
We contact the recipient and arrange for a convenient time. Deliveries will be made before 6:00 PM.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via USPS or Fed EX. Please contact the office for a quote of rates.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS or FedEx ground.
Will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation at the time of shipment. The email will include a tracking number which you can track on the Fed EX Site. Hand deliveries will be confirmed at the time of delivery.
How long does it take for my gift to arrive ?
This depends on location and of course, time of the year. Normally the Tristate area is 2 days. Northeast 2 to 3 days. Southeast 3 to 4 days. Southwest and Midwest 3 to 5 days West Coast 5 to 7 days.

What are the hours for ordering?
You can order on line 24/7. If you wish to speak with customer service the hours are Tuesday thru Saturday 10 to 5.
How soon will my order be shipped after you receiver it?
We will ship within 24 to 48 hours if received Sunday thru Friday 12:00 PM. Orders received after Friday 12:00 PM and on Saturday will be shipped on following Monday. If there are any unexpected situations you will be notified via email.
Do you ship Fresh Flowers ?
No, we only hand deliver fresh flowers in Westchester County. Delivery charges are $12 Briarcliff and Ossining, $25 in Northern Westchester and $40 in Southern Westchester

Do we offer the option of a gift message?
Yes, a personalized message can be included with each gift. The message will be attached to the basket or box before being sealed for shipping.
What if my gift is damaged in transit?
We replace the gift at no cost to you. Please call customer Service 914 944 0734 to report a damaged shipment.
Can I return an edible gift or fresh flowers?
No, we are sorry but we can not accept the return of any food items or flowers. Other products in mint condition can be returned for credit minus shipping costs.

Do prices include shipping and hand delivery costs?
Yes, prices of all edible gifts include shipping ground via USPs or FEDEX. The shipping charge for Baby Gifts and My Favorite Things does not include the shipping charge of $15 which will be added at closeout. Prices do not include hand delivery
